Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 48 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V.
