CDC930DL Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. 56-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 56 terminations within RF synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, CMOS, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. There is a maximum frequency of 133MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel.
