The SSOP package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 48 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 2.5V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 2.625V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 2.375V is recommended for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. The clock PLL can synthesi133MHze a clock frequency of 133MHz with high quality. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 48 bits. The device is usually classified as a type of Clock Generators device.
