CDC7005ZVAT Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Cut Tape (CT) package. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-BGA package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source. Providing a maximum frequency of 800MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V to operate this time clock generator.
