CDC516DGGR Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V.
