The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 250MHz maximum. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount.
