It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
