As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations.
