CDC2516DGGR Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Cut Tape (CT) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, LVTTL is used as the input to the clock. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 3V is recommended for safety reasons.
