CD4046BNSRE4 Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the SOP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 10V. CMOS is designed as this clock generator's input. There is a maximum frequency of 2.4MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. There is a 16-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. A 16 pin is available on the PLL. There are -55°C operations that can be performed on this clock generator, which has impressive low-temperature performance. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 125°C with attenuated performance. And basically, this clock generator is often classified as a kind of PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits. In order to supply this clock PLL, a voltage greater than 18V is not acceptable. Clock PLL operates with the minimal supply voltage of 3V. By operating at a frequency of 2.4MHz, frequency generator is able to achieve high efficiency. This is a 1-element clock generator with low jitter performance. PHASE LOCKED LOOP is the analog IC that clock generator IC employs.
