CD4010CMX Overview


There is a case available for the cut smart buffer in SOIC. Tape & Reel is the form in which it is packaged. Operation is performed with 16 pins. At a minimum working temperature of -55°C, it maintains reliable operation. It is possible to achieve stable operation by setting the maximum operating temperature to 125°C. There is a maximum supply voltage of 15VV that can be handled by the clock divider. With a voltage supply of 3V, this cut smart buffer can operate as low as possible. The clock divider consumes 10nA quiescent current and does not react to external factors. It outputs 6 lines.
