C8051F503-AM Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in QFN, making it easy to ship internationally. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROCONTROLLER. Overall, there are 32 terminations. When the voltage supply is 2.1V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. A 8-Bit architecture is used. CPUs operate at 50MHz Hz. To learn about the functions of the pins 32 please refer to their datasheets. The CPU's external data bus width is 8. CPU microprocessors shouldn't be used in environments above 125°C. 32 pins are injected into the part body. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. In this case, the amount of RAM (Random-Access Memory) is set to 4.3kB. It is generally recommended that users do not supply their embedded microprocessors with voltages higher than 5.25V. Micro processors should be supplied with 1.8V as their lowest voltage. In CPU programs, data is transferred by 25 I/Os. A CPU is equipped with a 64kB sized memory. The 4 counters help determine how busy the CPU is.
