BU7331EKN-E2 Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Crystal.
