BU4066BCF-E2 Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 14-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. Total terminations are 14. A 4 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. An 5V voltage supply should allow the electrical part to be turned on and run. A key feature of the 14 series is the inclusion of this electronic part as part of its design. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPST - NO switching circuits. Search with BU4066 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. A 280Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. Please refer to the datasheets for 14 pins functions. In this analog multiplexer, the value is Multiplexer or Switches. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 18V to the switch device in normal circumstances. Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. There should be 3V voltage fed to the electrical part below 3V. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 4μA current. Using a single voltage supply, this switch device consumes 3V~18V volts. Putting voltage greater than 1μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. For this switch device, it is feasible to have two supplies. However, the voltage should not exceed 9V. The voltage should be at least 1.5V if you are using dual power supplies. It is possible to use SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this digital multiplexer.
