BU3087FV-E2 Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Cut Tape (CT) method. The 16-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. A clock generator's input is called Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An up to 74.25MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3.135V~3.465V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -10°C~75°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with Clock logic levels. There are 16 pins that are available on the frequency generator.
