A RMS current describes the average strength of a current, disregarding its direction, and its RMS current (Irms) is 50A.The RMS on-state current must be kept below 40A in order for the device to function normally.Devices are characterized by their repetitive peak off-state voltage, which, in this case, is 1000V.The maximal repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) is the maximum voltage that a diode can sustain in reverse-bias mode.Electrical, electromagnetic, and electronic devices have holding currents (hypostatic), which are the minimum currents required to maintain their 'ON' states.This thyristor has a forward voltage of 2V that is needed to cause current to flow across the diode.In insulating conductors, leakage current is an indicator of effectiveness, and its maximal leakage current can be 6mA.
