BPW34S Overview


In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Tube. Photodiodes are protected by 2-DIP packages in order to ensure their safety. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 60V. Photodiodes have a pin count of 2. When the photodiodes are placed in a circuit, they may produce heat 215mW. A reverse anode voltage of 60V should be applied to the photodiodes. The current in a photodiode is 2nA even when there is no light input.
