In this device, the DC current gain is 1000 @ 5A 4V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 2V.Vce saturation?means Ic is at its maximum value(saturated), and the vce saturation(Max) is 3V @ 50mA, 10A.Continuous collector voltages should be kept at 15A to achieve high efficiency.If the emitter base voltage is kept at 5V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.As defined by current rating, the maximum current a fuse can carry without deteriorating too much is 15A for this device.In the part, the transition frequency is 4MHz.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 15A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
