The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 30 @ 10mA 5V.Single BJT transistor has a collector emSingle BJT transistorter saturation voltage of 200mV, which allows maximum flexibilSingle BJT transistory in design.When VCE saturation is 600mV @ 200mA, 2A, transistor means Ic has reached transistors maximum value (saturated).A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 5V.3MHz is present in the transition frequency.There is a breakdown input voltage of 45V volts that it can take.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 4A volts.
