BAS21-7-F Overview
The power rating is 350mW, which is usually expressed in watts or volt-amperes.An acceptable reverse voltage would be 200V.Devices with this rating have an average rectified current of 200mA volts.In the course of its primary operation, this electronic or electrical device produces 250mW heat.When the forward current reaches 200mA, it is allowed.Surge currents are limited to 2.5A.Depending on the capacitance, the device can deliver a value of 5pF.A data chart shows that the peak reverse is 100nA in the datasheets.
