To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. For PTC thermistors, the minimum operating temperature should be -40°C. In order for this thermistor to operate properly, the operating temperature cannot exceed 125°C. PTC thermistors have terminations of type 2. This thermistor has a total of 2 pins. A PTC thermistor could provide 160V voltage when operating. For the PTC thermistors, the current requirement is 400mA. A PTC thermistor should not have a current higher than 200mA.
