In order to protect the PTC thermistors from damage, they are packaged in Radial packages. Setting the minimum operating temperature of PTC thermistors to -40°C is recommended. A thermistor's operating temperature must not exceed 125°C for it to function. There are 2 terminations on the PTC thermistor. It has a total of 2 pins. It is possible for the PTC thermistors to operate at a voltage of 265V. The current for which the PTC thermistors have been designed is 1A. When using PTC thermistors, the current should not exceed 1A. For reliable performance, this thermistor should supply 0 volts.
