To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) as a safety measure. The minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors should be set to -20°C. It is important that the operation temperature of this thermistor does not exceed 125°C. For the PTC thermistors, 90mA is the current rating.
