There must not be an increase in temperature above 125°C for this thermistor to work. The terminations of the PTC thermistor are 2. The thermistor has a maximum of 2 pins. As a result, when the PTC thermistors are operating, they could supply a voltage of 160V. PTC thermistors have been designed to operate at 7A volts. A DC circuit uses 160V to rate these thermistors. For reliable performance, the maximum voltage supplied by this thermistor should be 160V.
