To provide safety, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is recommended to set the minimum operating temperature of the PTC thermistors at -40°C. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 125°C. As you can see, this thermistor has 2 pins. As a result, when the PTC thermistors are operating, they could supply a voltage of 32V. During DC operation, this thermistor should not supply more voltage than 32V.
