A 0603 package is used to protect PTC thermistors. Packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety, these PTC thermistors are designed to perform at high temperatures. It is advisable to set the PTC thermistors to -40°C as the minimum operating temperature. In order for this thermistor to work properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 125°C. 2 terminations are present on the PTC thermistor. There are 2 pins in this thermistor. During operation, PTC thermistors could supply 32V voltage. In theory, this thermistor can deliver 32V when it is in operation. This thermistor should not provide voltages higher than 32V in a DC circuit. These thermistors have a maximum voltage rating of 32V in the DC circuit.
