For protection, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0402 packages. In order to ensure the safety of these PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Tape and Reel. Setting the minimum operating temperature of PTC thermistors to -40°C is recommended. This thermistor must not operate above 125°C in order for it to work. A thermistor with 2 pins is available. A PTC thermistor could provide 32V voltage when operating. It is important that the voltage supplied by this thermistor in the DC circuit should not be higher than 32V. This thermistor has been rated at 32V in the DC circuit.
