In order to prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0402 packages. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to ensure safety. In order to operate the PTC thermistors correctly, the minimum operating temperature should be set to -40°C. A thermistor's operating temperature must not exceed 125°C for it to function. There are 2 terminations on the PTC thermistor. This thermistor has 2 pins. The thermistor can theoretically supply 32V voltage when working.
