It is important to protect PTC thermistors from damage by placing them in 4032 packages. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape and Reel as a safety measure. In order to operate the PTC thermistors correctly, the minimum operating temperature should be set to -40°C. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 125°C. This thermistor has 2 pins. The thermistor supplies 80V voltage nominally when it works. In order to design PTC thermistors for 80mA current, they must have a negative voltage.
