To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 3225 packages. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape and Reel as a safety measure. Set the PTC thermistors to -40°C for a minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 125°C. 2 terminations are present on the PTC thermistor. It has a total of 2 pins. If the PTC thermistors were to operate, 80V voltage could be supplied. A thermistor in this range is nominally capable of supplying 63V voltage. The PTC thermistors are designed for a 100mA current. To ensure reliable performance, this thermistor should operate at a maximum voltage of 80V.
