For protection, PTC thermistors are contained in SMD/SMT packages. Packaged in the Bulk for safety, these PTC thermistors are designed to perform at high temperatures. Set the PTC thermistors to -40°C for a minimum operating temperature. In order for this thermistor to operate properly, the operating temperature cannot exceed 125°C. There are 2 terminations on the PTC thermistor. It has 2 pins. When the PTC thermistors are in operation, they can supply voltage of 550V. As for the DC circuit, these thermistors are rated for 550V.
