Keeping PTC thermistors in 3225 packages prevents them from being damaged. In order to protect themselves from damage, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape. PTC thermistors should operate at -40°C. A temperature of 125°C is required to ensure the thermistor works properly. PTC thermistors have 2 terminations. This thermistor has 2 pins. When operating, the PTC thermistors provide 80V voltage. During normal operation, this thermistor supplies 63V voltage. These PTC thermistors are designed to operate at 85mA current.
