Temperature 90°C should be set as the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. A thermistor's operating temperature must not exceed 40°C for it to function. PTC thermometers have 2 terminations. The thermistor has a maximum of 2 pins. A thermistor can supply 30V voltage when it is working, according to its nominal specifications.
