As a result, the resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±20%. Setting NTC thermistors to -55°C~125°C ensures reliable performance. NTC thermistors work reliably at 125°C as their maximum operating temperature. n order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors are rated for operation at a minimum temperature of -55°C. A NTC thermistor must have the 2 pins connected in order to function properly. The thermistors set their maximum power to 300mW. In general, NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 300mW.
