A maximum operating temperature of 170°C ensures that NTC thermistors can operate reliably. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be used at a temperature of -55°C in order to ensure reliability. In order to make the NTC thermistors function properly, the 2 pins must be connected. It is possible to use NTC thermistors with a maximum current of 2.8A without deteriorating the fuse element too much.
