A high sensitivity, digital output Hall-effect sensor, the Allegro MicroSystems ATS667LSGTN-T is made to track changes in magnetic fields. It is offered in a surface-mount SOT-23W package and can operate with input voltages ranging from 3.0 to 24 VDC. The sensor offers a digital output that, in response to the presence or absence of a magnetic field, alternates between high and low. The ATS667LSGTN-T has a sensitivity of 1.6 mV/Gauss, making it capable of detecting even minute changes in magnetic fields. It is frequently employed in industrial and automotive applications like speed, position, and current sensing.
