ATMEGA328-MMH Overview


A 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is included. There are 23 I/Os. Device mounting type Surface Mount is the type of mounting that the Microcontroller uses. This Microcontroller is based on the 8-Bit core. There is a type of program memory called FLASH in the Microcontroller. The temperature range of this Microcontroller is within the range of -40°C~85°C TA. A AVR® ATmega series electrical component is used in this application. Microcontroller has abundant program memory size of 32KB 16K x 16. Powered by a AVR Core processor. MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs make up the Microcontroller.
