ATMEGA2560V-8AUR Overview
Packaged in a 100-TQFP format, this MCU is available in a compact size. The MCU has 86 I/O ports. Using the Mounting Type Surface Mount, the MCU is mounted on PCB. This Microcontroller is based on a core called 8-Bit. There is a FLASH type of memory for its program. In this Microcontroller, temperature is controlled within the range -40°C~85°C TA.
