ATMEGA164PA-PU Overview


A 40-DIP (0.600, 15.24mm) package is included. With 32 I/Os, it's pretty good. Using the Mounting Type Through Hole, the MCU is mounted on PCB. There is a 8-Bit core at the core of this MCU. This program has a type of memory called FLASH for this MCU's program memory. Temperatures in the range of -40°C~85°C TA are operated by this Microcontroller. A AVR® ATmega series electrical component is used in this application. Its program memory size is 16KB 8K x 16. With a AVR Core processor, MCU is equipped with the latest technology available.
