AT90S2343-10SC Overview


The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in TQFP. I would rate this as a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. In total, there are 8 terminations. Using a 5V voltage supply, you should be able to operate the cpu microprocessor. An architecture based on 8 bits is used. 4MHz is the frequency of the CPU.
