AT89C51RD2-RLTUM Description


The high performance CMOS Flash variant of the 8-bit 80C51 CMOS single chip microcontroller is the AT89C51RD2/ED2. For both code and data, it has a 64-Kbyte Flash memory block. The 64-Kbyte Flash memory can be programmed using software, the ISP, or both in parallel and serial modes. Internally, the normal VCC pin generates the programming voltage. Three timer/counters, a 9-source 4-level interrupt controller, and 256 bytes of internal RAM are all characteristics that are carried over from the Atmel 80C52 to the AT89C51RD2/ED2. 2048 bytes of EEPROM are available in the AT89C51ED2 for nonvolatile data storage.
