AT87F51-24JC Overview


The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in TSSOP. It is a MICROCONTROLLER in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. Total terminations are 44. With a 5V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. There are 8 bits in its architecture. There is 24MHz frequency set for the CPU. Please refer to the datasheets for 44 pins functions. An example of a Microcontrollers microprocessor can be found here. The size of data Bus of the CPU is based on 8b-bit system. An environment with a temperature higher than 105°C is not recommended for the embedded microprocessor. An injection of 44 pins is performed inside the body of the micro processor. Ideally, the CPU will operate at 24MHz MHz. There is a 5V function for the micro processor. The datasheet specifies that this CPU microprocessor requires 5V power supply. Random-Access Memory (RAM) is designed with an amount of 128B KB. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 6V. It is recommended to feed the CPU microprocessor with a voltage of 4V. CPU programs transfer data via 32 I/Os. 4kB bytes of memory are allocated to the CPU. 32 programmable I/Os are available for I/O transfer. 24 bits are able to be conducted.
