AT40K05-2CQC Overview


There is a PQFP package that includes this component. A FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-based FPGA is one of these types. Fpga chips is programmed wFpga chipsh 128 I/Os for transferring data in a more coherent manner. Fpga chips is powered from a supply voltage of 5V. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. The device has 128 outputs that are integrated into it. There are a total of 160 terminations. It is crucial that the RAM si256Be of this FPGA module reaches 256B so that the program can run normally. It has a total of 160 pins that are designed for it. In order for this FPGA to work properly in accordance with its specifications, it is necessary that it is mounted in Surface Mount. It is powered by a 5V battery, which can be purchased separately. As a result of the design of this module, the maximum operating temperature reaches 70°C. There should be a temperature difference between 0°C and the operating temperature. The building block that forms the basis of the system contains 10000 gates. As far as the pin count is concerned, it has 160 pins. A basic building block of this system consists of 256 logic blocks (LABs). For storing programs and data, this FPGA module embeds memory 256B.
