AT30TSE754-MA8-T Overview


For safety reasons, these analog sensors are enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR). Analog sensors are protected from damage by 8-UFDFN Exposed Pad packages. To make this sensor work properly, it has 8 pins. It is possible that the analog sensors are operating with a current of 180μA. DC circuits should not exceed 5.5V for the maximum voltage supplied by this sensor. A magnetic switch may provide a minimum DC voltage of 2.7V in a DC circuit, however. It is possible to set the maximum operating temperature of the analog sensors to 125°C. For the sensor to work, the operating temperature cannot be lower than -40°C.
