AT30TS75-MA8-T Overview


As a safety precaution, these analog sensors are packaged inside the Tape & Reel (TR). It is recommended that analog sensors be packaged in 8-UFDFN Exposed Pad packages to prevent damage to the devices. For proper operation, this sensor has 8 pins. Analog sensors could supply 230μA current when operating. The maximum voltage supplied by this sensor should be 5.5V in the DC circuit. DC circuits with this magnetic switch can supply 2.7V as a minimum voltage. Using the analog sensors, you can set the maximum operating temperature to 125°C. If you wish to ensure that this sensor will work, the operating temperature should not be lower than -40°C.
