AS5263-HQFT Overview
Sensors for measuring linear position are packaged in 32-VQFN Exposed Pad packages for protection. Electronic components are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). In order to make sure that the angle position sensors function properly, the minimum operating temperature can be set to -40°C. Sensors for angle position measurement cannot operate above 150°C. 32 pins are on the linear position measuring sensor. The supply voltage applied by the linear position measuring sensor should be 5.5V when it operates.
