AS3415-EQFM Overview


Packaged in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, it is easy to install.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package that comes with it.I would like to point out that the gadget has a Surface Mount mounting type.If it works with 1V~1.8V power, then it should be able to function.Filter is important to note that 1 refers to the filter figure.Filter should be warmer than -20°C when operating.The current maximum working temperature is 85°C.This is one of a number of Surface Mount mount packages that are included with the package.
