AOZ6135HI Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363, making it easy to ship abroad. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. 2:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. By its 1 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPDT switching circuits. A 1 circuit is present in this switch device. It has an internal resistance of 1.2Ohm. The datasheets for the 6 pins explain the functions. Multiplexers should not be powered above 5.5V in normal situations. 1.65V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. A voltage of 1.65V~5.5V is required to drain this analog switch from a single voltage supply. Operating 1 inputs is required. An environment with a temperature greater than 85°C should not be used to operate the digital switches. 2 outputs are included in the analogue multiplexer. Suppliers offer a SC-70-6 package.
