ALD4202MPCL Overview


Due to its 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. In Through Hole, this analog switch is mounted. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 1:1 represents the number of circuits. Operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA extended. SPST - NO switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. There are 4 circuits in this switch device. An switch multiplexer with 135Ohm internal resistance has a value of 135Ohm. For details about the functions of 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. In normalcircumstances, users should not exceed 12V volts for the multiplexer. A low voltage of 3V should be applied to the electronic component. Put voltage above 1μA on the multiplexer to cause damage. Despite this switch device's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 6V. Temperatures over 70°C should not be allowed for the multiplexer to operate. There is a 16-PDIP package offered by suppliers.
