AHRF1300-AP Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into Radial packages to protect the devices from damage. There are 2 terminations on the PTC thermistor. The heat produced by PTC thermistors has been rated 6.9W. In order to ensure proper operation of the thermistors, their maximum operating temperature should be 125°C. As a result, the thermistor should not operate below -40°C when the temperature is below that.
